What is the process to order services from Scarla Enterprises?

It’s simple. First, decide what you want to have done — from complete website builds and theme customizations to SEO-optimized product descriptions and everything in between. No matter how big or small the job, we offer a wide range of services for Shopify websites.

Next, head over to the All Our Services collection in the main menu and select the service that best fits your needs. Please read the service description carefully to make sure it covers what you are looking for before ordering.

You will then be taken to our secure checkout to complete payment. Once your order is placed, we will reach out to you to gather your details and begin work right away.

If you do not see a service that fits your needs or have something custom or unique in mind, simply contact us at contact@scarlaenterprises.com We will provide you with a quote and, if approved, send you a secure payment link for the service.

Because our services are digital in nature and involve time, labor, and custom work, they are non-refundable once work has begun.

What is the process for my website?

To get started, simply order the appropriate service from the All Our Services collection in the main menu and complete your purchase through Shopify’s secure checkout system. All major credit cards are accepted.

Once your order is placed, we will contact you right away to gather the necessary details, assets, and information so we can begin work. You will be kept updated via email as the project progresses, and we may reach out with questions to ensure the final result is properly customized to your needs.

Once all assets are obtained — whether provided by you or created by us (including AI-assisted lifestyle images, logos, and other branding elements) — we will either complete a full website build or optimize your existing website. You will need to already have your products or services and a clear idea of what you want your business to be about.

Please note that all services are non-refundable once work has begun.

Can you update an existing website?

Yes, we most certainly can. We offer a wide range of services to help update, improve, and optimize existing Shopify websites in various ways. All of our services are listed as individual products in the All Our Services collection, which can be found in the main menu.

Simply review the service or services you’re interested in, place your order through the secure Shopify checkout, and we will contact you shortly after payment to gather your details and begin work right away.

How do I pay you?

You simply select the appropriate service listed in the All Our Services collection on our website. Please make sure the service covers what you need, or contact us for a custom quote if you do not see a suitable option.

Payment is made through the secure Shopify checkout on the Scarla Enterprises website. Once your payment is received, you will be contacted right away to begin the process. All major credit cards are accepted.

If you request a custom quote, we will send you a dedicated service order link by email outlining the details and pricing of your service. This link will take you to the same secure checkout system on our website for payment.

What types of websites do you build?

We build all types of websites on the Shopify platform — from online stores and restaurants to service-based businesses and personal stores. Shopify is a very flexible platform and can support much more than traditional e-commerce, including handmade and custom-crafted products.

We work with businesses of all sizes, from small startups to medium-sized and larger brands, and tailor each build to the specific needs of the business. We also create dropshipping stores.

Do you make dropshipping stores?

Yes, we do — and we sell them directly on our website as fully pre-made stores. We use popular dropshipping apps to source products and build each store based on a selected niche and product style. Each store is branded, includes all necessary pages, and is optimized for SEO.

Once transferred, the store is fully yours. There is a transfer process within Shopify, as well as a separate transfer process for the dropshipping app, which both parties must complete.

All you need to do is add your own business details and start selling.

Disclaimer: We cannot guarantee that the products included will be “winning products.” Any products you do not wish to keep can easily be removed, and you are free to add your own products at any time. Our role is to create a custom, quality store build. What you do with the store after transfer is entirely up to you. We cannot guarantee the success of your store, as results depend solely on your efforts, marketing, and ongoing management.

Do you work on other website platforms?

At this time, we work exclusively with the Shopify platform. We are part of the Shopify Partner Program and specialize in building new Shopify stores as well as optimizing and improving existing ones. This ensures you receive expert service tailored specifically to Shopify’s tools, features, and best practices.

Do you pick my niche or find winning products?

No. Choosing your niche is entirely up to you, as it depends on what you want to sell and who your ideal customer is. Researching and selecting “winning products” is also your responsibility.

Our role is to build your website according to your specifications. For dropshipping stores, we source and add products based on your preferences and direction, and we always confirm with you before adding any products so you have full control over what is included. The finished store is then delivered to you as a complete build.

Do you offer product research, market research, or trend discovery?

No. Our services focus strictly on store design, setup, and optimization. You are responsible for choosing the products you want to sell. However, for dropshipping stores, we can import products based on your specifications and chosen niche.

Can you guarantee sales after you build my store?

No. Sales depend entirely on your marketing, traffic strategy, ad spend, content creation, and ongoing store management. I guarantee a high-quality, fully functional store—business results are the responsibility of the store management team.

What exactly do you include in a store build?

A standard store build includes theme setup, branding integration, homepage layout, collections, navigation, up to the included number of products, app installation, on-page SEO, policy pages, and full mobile optimization. You provide the products or services, and we build the store.

If you would like blog posts to help improve SEO, we offer those as a separate service. We also offer branding services, AI-assisted image generation (such as lifestyle images and banners), logo creation (AI-assisted or designed by us using professional design software), and many other add-ons. All available services can be found in the All Our Services collection in the main menu.

We also offer ongoing maintenance and optimization services for your website at an additional fee. These can be ordered at any time directly from our services collection. Limited post-completion support is included should you have questions after your project is finished.

Looking for a fully branded dropshipping store where products are added based on your chosen niche? We offer that as well.

What do I need to provide before you start?

Before we begin, you’ll need to provide your niche, products, supplier links (if applicable), branding assets or preferences (such as colors, fonts, and logos), along with any specific instructions you may have. Once we receive everything we need, your build will begin.

Not sure which brand colors or fonts to choose? No problem — we can help with that. Brandingis available as an optional add-on, and we’ll work together to create a look and feel that aligns beautifully with your business.

Do you rewrite product descriptions?

Yes, we do. We offer product description services in the All Our Services collection, located in the main menu of our homepage.

We currently offer two options:

  1. Product Page Creation – a full product page build that includes an SEO-optimized description written to your specifications, a meta description, collection integration, and proper tagging.
  2. Product Description Rewrite – a rewrite of your existing product description, including an SEO-optimized meta description.

Both services are carefully written and SEO-optimized to clearly communicate your message and connect with your ideal customer in a way that aligns with your brand.

Can you create my logo and branding?

Yes. Logo creation and branding are available as services that can be ordered directly on our website through the All Our Services collection in the main menu.

You can choose between AI-assisted logo creation, where we use AI to generate your logo (please note that customization changes cannot be made to an existing AI-generated logo), or a custom vector-based logo, designed by us using professional design software (we use Affinity Designer).

Other branding options are also available as services that you can order, such as color palettes (where we choose 3-4 colors for you to go with the look and feel that you want for your brand).

Do you install apps for me?

Yes. We install and configure the essential apps needed for your store. If premium or paid apps are required, their subscription fees are the responsibility of the store owner.

You can order either App Installation (Standard) or App Installation (Advanced) from the All Our Services collection. Please read the service descriptions carefully to choose the option that best fits your needs. They are found in the Theme Customization section of All Our Services.

Do you set up my domain?

Yes. Domain setup is available as a purchasable service in the All Our Services collection under Theme Customization. Simply select and order the service, and we will take care of the domain setup for you.

We can also add DNS settings from your email service provider if needed. Just provide the required DNS details (such as TXT and MX records) supplied by your email provider, and we will configure them accordingly.

Do you do marketing, ads, or traffic generation?

No. We do not run ads or create TikToks, Reels, or user-generated content (UGC). Marketing and traffic generation are the responsibility of the store owner once the store is delivered.

However, we do set up strong SEO foundations for your website when those services are selected. This includes SEO best practices for product descriptions, meta descriptions, and key pages such as product pages, collection pages, policy pages, and About Us pages. These services are available in the All Our Services collection in the main menu. For Products and Collections, please select that collection. (you can find them there), and for other pages, you can find them in the collection called Theme Customizations.

Do you work with beginners?

Of course. You don’t need to have everything figured out before working with us. We can guide you through the essentials and help you think through how you want to position your products or services when selecting a service from the All Our Services collection in the main menu.

Our goal is to help you gain clarity so we can properly build or optimize your website. For full website builds, we also include limited assistance and support for a set period after your project is completed.

What if I change my mind about the niche after you start?

Major changes — such as switching niches or suppliers after work has begun — will require additional fees. This is because your store layout, collections, product structure, and overall setup are built around the niche you initially provide.

If there is a significant change from the original scope of work, we will issue a separate service order outlining the additional work required. This order must be approved and paid before we continue.

Can you teach me how to use Shopify after the build?

While we do not provide full tutorials on how to run a Shopify store or how the Shopify platform works in depth, we are happy to help answer questions you may have — especially following full website builds. Limited complimentary support is included for a set period after your project is completed.

For dropshipping store builds, we also provide a welcome onboarding package that outlines the basics needed to get started with your dropshipping store.

We can continue working on your website for as long as you need us. This includes adding new product pages, creating new collections or pages, publishing blog posts, and customizing your theme as your business grows.
